Corn Flaking Machine & Mill for Steam-Flaked Corn

The Bellaex corn flaking machine is built for steam-flaked corn production in cattle feed, dairy ration, feedlot, and feed-mill applications. The FC Series includes 13 models from 1-15 TPH (30-350 TPD), using hydraulic roll-gap control and centrifugally cast high-Ni-Cr-Mo alloy rolls to help maintain stable flake thickness and reduce fines during continuous operation. It can also process barley, oats, soybeans, black beans, and green peas after recipe and target-thickness confirmation.
